A long bar on one side and a small dining room on the other split this Harlem storefront, backing a French-leaning menu with a wine list of 250 selections, forty of them by the glass. Weekend regulars come for escargots, grilled chicken wings, branzino and a braised lamb shank. Sunday brings a bottomless-mimosa brunch and a set of live jazz, drawing a boozy, younger crowd that spills past the dining room's small tables.
