Sauced

No wine list exists at this East Village bar: telling the server the mood and what's normally ordered gets a glass picked out instead. Del Rio and Marino opened the original in South Williamsburg before bringing a bigger, fifty-seat room called Sauced to 2nd Avenue in 2024, with red neon lighting, a DJ booth, and a back room built around a vertical pole. Snacks change often enough that regulars check Instagram before showing up. Walk-ins fill most nights without much notice.
