Chef Hiroki Odo's two-Michelin-starred kaiseki restaurant, Odo, sits next door to this Flatiron sibling, which pairs a Japanese kozara menu with rotating art exhibitions on the walls. Its debut show, Botanicals, hung fine-art prints of flowers and herbs by photographer Cody Rasmussen alongside the sushi and kushiage. The kitchen also serves soba, udon and a Japanese-inflected burger finished with sansho pepper soy sauce, and reservations run through Resy.
