The fourth concept from the team behind TabeTomo and the omakase counter Office of Mr. Moto centers on kaisen-don, a raw-seafood rice bowl finished tableside: ring a bell and the kitchen pours a broth simmered for 60 hours over what's left of the rice and fish. The 52-seat room carries over some of the whimsy from its sister restaurant, oxford shoes and a violin among the decor, in a more relaxed version of the original's theatrics. Dinner runs nightly and weekend brunch starts at 11:30.
