WetStone Wine Bar Solana Beach

Jennifer Dermer and Graham Zimmerman opened this Cedros Avenue location in 2026 in partnership with Christian Gomez, who runs the original WetStone in Bankers Hill. The wine list leans toward small, often organic or biodynamic producers rather than familiar labels, poured alongside small plates drawn from Latin America, France, Spain, and Asia meant for passing around the table. Seating spreads between an indoor room and an outdoor patio, and the bar hosts monthly tastings and winemaker visits. A glass at the bar works as well as settling in for the night.
