Negociant Winery

Founded in 2015 in North Park's Boulevard District, this urban winery moved to Hillcrest's University Avenue in December 2021. Rather than owning vineyards, it sources grapes from small local growers and pours varietals from Cabernet Sauvignon and Barbera to lesser-known bottlings like Symphony. Live music runs Thursday through Saturday nights, with a standing jazz set on Thursdays, and sipsandiegowine.com called it one of the better spots in the city for a glass of wine on its own.
