Thirty acres of Highland Valley hillside hold this winery, where husband-and-wife owners Mark Robinson and Lynn LaChapelle grow Rhone varietals (Syrah, Grenache, Mourvedre, Viognier, Roussanne) and press their own olive oil. The grounds double as a small wildlife refuge, with restored ponds, miniature pigs, horses and four resident dogs. Tastings run four wines for a flat fee, and the calendar adds dinners in the olive grove, French cooking classes and wine sensory nights.
