Dave and Erin Goodman found the space almost by accident, while Erin was hunting for cupcakes at the bakery that used to occupy 114 N El Camino Real. The couple turned it into two businesses in one room: a daytime deli serving Turkey Club and curry chicken salad sandwiches on bread from Northern California bakers, and after 4:30 a wine bar built around boards and shareable plates. Erin runs the wine list with her sister Emily, a sommelier, sourcing from boutique producers rather than big names. Meatballs and bruschetta hold the middle ground between the two menus.
