Napatini Bistro and Wine Bar

Lynn and Gary McLean, a Bay Area couple who spent years shuttling around Napa and Sonoma, opened Napatini in December 2022 and modeled the room after the wine caves out there. A wall of Enomatic machines holds more than fifty California wines under argon gas, so a bottle stays fresh for weeks while a guest pours a taste, a glass, or more off a prepaid card without waiting on a server. The food runs to cheese and charcuterie boards and a burrata plate finished with figs, fig-port sauce, and crushed pistachio. The McLeans are stepping back from day-to-day ownership, handing the bar to chef Hugo Monterrosa in September 2026.
