The Diamond Room

Diamond Room took over a corner of the Simon Levi Building at Gallagher Square next to Petco Park in January 2026 and leaned into the decade the building predates: velvet booths, leather, mirrored walls, turntables and a disco ball fill the fifty-seat room. The bar pours classic cocktails with a San Diego twist, including a clarified margarita made with Casa Dragones blanco and a Manhattan built on WhistlePig 10 Year rye and walnut-infused madeira, alongside small plates meant for sharing. A daily happy hour runs from four to six.
