Young Blood

Behind a door most patrons at Neighborhood, the East Village bar it's tucked inside, walk past without noticing, Young Blood fits sixteen seats into a room lined with floor-to-ceiling shelving, custom lighting and Parisian carpet. There's no cocktail list; reservations are required, and the bartenders build a three-drink flight over about ninety minutes based on what a guest says they're after that night.
