Behind an unmarked door on Fifth Avenue marked "Law Office" and "Eddie O'Hare, Esq.," a flipped light switch signals entry to this basement bar of exposed brick, candlelight, and worn tile floors. A live band plays blues and jazz most nights, and the room takes no reservations, so arriving before 9 p.m. on weekends is the way in for larger groups. A cover charge and a dress code apply at the door.
