Shibuya Nights

Inside Cloak & Petal in Little Italy, a second room opens up behind the main dining area done up like Tokyo's Harajuku district, with neon signs, cherry blossom installations over the bar and murals covering the walls. The kitchen sends out Asian-fusion small plates, among them short rib rolled tacos and chicken karaage and waffles, paired with cocktails built around the same theme. It opened in 2022 as an addition to the original restaurant, tucked into the same India Street address.
