Schmackary's

Fransmart franchisee Sharian Lott opened this Hillcrest shop on Feb. 28, 2026, bringing the first California outpost of Schmackary's, a Manhattan cookie shop that opened in Hell's Kitchen in 2012 and became known as the Official Cookie of Broadway. The 1,700-square-foot space doubles as a commissary kitchen supplying future West Coast locations. A rotating roster of 110 flavors keeps twelve varieties on display at any time, swapped out every two weeks, alongside a bar cookie, brownie, coffee, milkshakes, and ice cream cookie sandwiches.
