Raised by Wolves

Behind a rotating fireplace mantle shaped like a wolf's head, past a retail shop stocked with vintage spirits and bar tools in locked glass cases, sits an oak-lined speakeasy that opened at Westfield UTC in 2018. Consortium Holdings built it, with design by Paul Basile of Basile Studio and a cocktail list developed by the group's beverage director Anthony Schmidt alongside bartenders Erick Castro and Chris Patino. Reservation-restricted and small, the bar fills up fast, especially on weekends.
