Behind a wine wall inside Cardellino, chef-owner Brad Wise built this 32-seat cocktail room with beverage director Jess Stewart and bartender Marina Ferreira running the list. Two menus split the drinks: Fates, house creations like The Prophet, made with bourbon, cognac, dates and palo santo, and Legends, reworked classics such as a negroni built on Schwarzwald gin and Barolo chinato. The room runs reds, mauve and purple under a flower installation hanging from the ceiling. Reservations, booked through Resy, are the only way in.
