Owner Brett Rose, a surfer who tended bar at Tower 23's JRDN before opening this spot on El Cajon Boulevard, built a tiki room with a banana-leaf-thatched bar, a turquoise back counter, and a wall of seventeen vintage ukuleles behind the stage. A lanai out back adds a mural, palms, and a water feature. Mai Tais, Zombies, and Blue Hawaiians anchor the drink list, and karaoke Thursday through Saturday nights plus Monday bingo fill out the calendar.
