Inside North Park's Art Produce complex, next to its community garden, Be Saha Hospitality opened this lounge in 2022, seating guests on lime-green velvet banquettes under digital frames that display NFT art for sale. Thirteen gin- and genever-based cocktails on the list are each built around a painting, from Van Gogh to lesser-known local artists. Four straightforward classics -- negroni, martini, French 75, gin and tonic -- round out the bar, and the kitchen sends out ten pintxos, including a trumpet mushroom musubi and a crab roll finished with gin-pickled vanilla grapes, or an omakase where the chef picks four or six.
