A tasting counter runs nightly, one wine poured at 15 percent off between 5 and 7 on weeknights and three on Saturday afternoons, and the staff will pour for browsers who have no plan to buy. The selection runs from sake and cider to orange wine and fortified bottles, with a chiller in back for anything meant to be served cold.
