Named for the Finger Lakes body of water its dry rieslings come from, Keuka Wine Bar & Kitchen is the second outpost of a Forest Hills restaurant, brought uptown to East 86th Street. The kitchen ranges wide, pairing a khachapuri boat of cheese-stuffed bread with a pierogies sampler, chicken tagine and pork vindaloo, plus meat and cheese boards built for sharing. Wines lean on Finger Lakes producers, poured by the glass or bottle. The room stays open through the afternoon lull, noon to nine most nights and an hour later on weekends.
