A self-declared zero-waste, carbon-neutral model is an unusual thing for a wine bar to put on its own sign, but that's the pitch at this Fort Greene spot. The list sticks to small-farm, natural producers, and there's no reservation line: seats go to whoever walks in first, at the bar or the sidewalk table out front. Burrata and anchovy toast anchor a short food menu, and the bigger draw some nights is a food pop-up that changes week to week. Doors open as early as 2 on weekends and run until 11 every night.
