Nine red wines, nine whites, one case of each: this East Village wine bar restocks only when a case runs dry, so the list turns over every few weeks and never repeats for long. Pours come by the three-ounce glass or the bottle, alongside nine seasonal small plates on the same rotating schedule. Candlelit brick walls hung with real art set the room, suited more to splitting a bottle over conversation than a quick drink at the bar. It's open five to midnight, Tuesday through Sunday, with table service throughout.
