Three owners who moved to New York from Georgia, Tamar Pitalskaia, Ana Gogoli and Aleksandre Gogoli, run this Murray Hill spot as a coffee counter by day and a wine bar by night. Mornings bring specialty coffee, pastries and khachapuri; the same room later pours a deep list of Georgian wines, including amber wines made using centuries-old skin-contact methods. The space keeps a warm, neighborhood feel rather than trying to be either a full cafe or a serious wine destination at any one time.
