By morning this West Village spot runs as a café, pouring espresso and serving pastries from Paloma Bakery alongside steel-cut oats and a croissant topped with smoked salmon and avocado. Midday brings soups, sandwiches and a farro bowl with burrata, and after 5pm the lights dim and the 24-seat room turns into a wine bar with a Mediterranean-leaning raw bar: oysters, razor clams with yuzu, scallop aguachile, tuna carpaccio. Heartier plates follow, including lobster mac and cheese and a whole roasted branzino, poured against a wine list drawn from small producers worldwide. It comes from the team behind Carta Wine Bar on Bedford Street.
