Rosa – Agave & Wine Lounge

Executive chef Angel Sanchez pairs Peruvian and Mexican plates, birria empanadas, ceviche limeño, tiradito, with a list built around Chilean, Uruguayan and Argentine bottles plus an agave-forward cocktail program. The dining room on Hudson Street in Tribeca goes for candlelit tables and warm, textured surfaces rather than a typical wine-bar look. Reservations run through Resy, and the kitchen stays open through the afternoon before switching to a dinner menu at 4pm most nights, later on weekends.
