Cowboy-booted bartenders at this Hell's Kitchen gay bar climb onto the bar top to dance several times a night, to a soundtrack that blends Shania-era country with modern pop. The saloon's signature dish is a Frito pie built from chili, cheese, sour cream, jalapeño and onion over corn chips, served under dim red lighting with the odd animal skull mounted on the wall.
