Juan Cruz took over this Astoria corner bar in 2006 and built out one of the neighborhood's first serious beer lists, a rotating draft line that has held at around 25 taps for two decades. The kitchen runs until 3:30am with pub standards: wings, fried pickles, fish and chips, plus a build-your-own burger and a rotating taco night. The room has gone a little worn at the edges since its 2005 opening, and regulars keep coming back anyway for the karaoke on Thursdays and live music on weekends. Last call is 4am.
