BierWax

A dozen rotating taps share the bar at BierWax with a collection of roughly 5,000 vinyl records shelved behind it; managing requests for a collection that size proved impossible, so the bar posts a flat no-requests policy instead. The Maestro family signed the lease in 2017, funding the build-out with a teacher's retirement plan and a crowdfunding campaign, and opened that December. A small backyard patio sits under a canopy of grapevines, and the beer list runs from local breweries to harder-to-find imports.
