Inside the bank building that used to be part of the neighboring Century 21, 36,000 square feet have been turned into 15 connected rooms of sensory art by Roy Nachum, the artist behind Rihanna's 2016 Anti album cover, and his business partner, developer Michael Cayre. One room holds a robotic arm that draws in sand; another is one of only three 4D sound studios in the world, experienced blindfolded. A piece called The Dragon strings together half a million individual LED lights. There's no guide and no set path: visitors move room to room at their own pace, and most spend 60 to 90 minutes inside.
