Happy Medium hands you a menu of art mediums instead of food: pick charcoal, pastel, clay, watercolor or collage, and materials are included with the sitting. The second-floor room on Market Street has wooden tables, low chairs and windows that let in natural light, plus a bar selling drinks and packaged snacks alongside the art. Sessions are self-guided and run on weekends, with a studio pass buying two hours of table time.
