Archer & Goat runs out of the garden level of a townhouse below 120th Street, with white brick walls, a small backyard and strings of bare bulbs overhead. Husband-and-wife owners Alex Guzman and Jenifar Chowdhury built the menu around their Ecuadorian, Puerto Rican and Bangladeshi backgrounds, so arepas come stuffed with chicken vindaloo while carne asada and tostones share the table with roasted duck. A handful of bar seats sit up front, with the rest of the tables spread through the room and out back.
