The lease on this Wyckoff Avenue space was signed in 2014, and the bar didn't open until 2019, a nearly five-year wait for red lanterns, model ships, and black-and-white photos that read more pirate ship than classic tiki. Two pool tables sit in the back room under a projector running old movies, and the kitchen keeps it simple: drunken noodles, a burger, four kinds of hot dogs, skewers, and rice bowls. Cocktails share the bar with frozen drinks and Budweiser poured into oversized frosted mugs, and last call doesn't come until 4 a.m.
