Sixty-four floors up at 70 Pine Street, one above Saga, this cocktail bar opens onto a terrace that wraps the whole building in a circle of skyline. Art Deco lines and plush seating fill the lounge inside, capped at about three dozen people. Walk-ins come in small groups. A table reservation carries a minimum spend, and the kitchen runs to smoked eel croquettes and a lobster roll alongside the cocktail list.
