Chef-owner Carlos Swepson, who trained in French technique and once cooked under Jean-Georges Vongerichten, riffs on the Southern food of his Mississippi upbringing at this Harlem restaurant he runs with his wife, Markisha. Dinner, served from 4pm, includes short ribs, stuffed salmon and jerk chicken, alongside a jumbo shrimp and cheese grits plate available all day. Diners can sit at regular tables, the wrap-around bar, or a chef's table with a menu of its own.
