The 1924 Pershing Square Building, an Italian Renaissance Revival tower designed by Claud Beelman and Aleck Curlett, holds a rooftop French bistro on its top floor, with the dining room and patio wrapped around unobstructed views over Downtown. Executive chef Gerardo Benitez runs a menu of dishes like steak frites and boeuf bordelaise, alongside fire pits and potted trees strung with lights on the patio. Jazz plays most nights, with a bossa nova set added to Saturday and Sunday brunch, and weekdays run quieter than the dressier scene that takes over on weekends.
