Belmont Shore

Second Street runs fourteen blocks through Belmont Shore, Long Beach's beach-adjacent shopping strip, mixing independent boutiques and gift shops with chain stores, salons, and a run of restaurants that stretches from taco counters to Michelin-recognized dining rooms. The strip runs between Pacific Coast Highway and Livingston Drive, close enough to the water that the beach crowd and the shopping crowd overlap most weekends. Parking is mostly on side streets, so most of it gets covered on foot.
