Auld Dubliner

Long Beach native Eric Johnson and Limerick-born David Copley opened this pub in 2004 at The Pike, using pieces designed and fabricated in Ireland by John Heverin of Ol Irish Pubs, then shipped across the Atlantic and assembled on site. Live music plays most nights and trivia night runs weekly, and the bar stocks more than 100 whiskeys, among the largest such collections in California. MSN later named it the state's best Irish pub, citing the fish and chips, the boxty and a full Irish breakfast.
