Broken Compass Tiki

Chef-owner Erica Abell built out a kitchen that trades the usual Polynesian tiki template for a pirate-themed one, with palm roofs, wicker lamp fixtures, and a bar built out of an actual ship's hull. Cocktails cover the standard tiki canon, Navy Grog, Zombies, Painkillers, alongside house creations, and the kitchen sends out kalua pork breakfast burritos, poke nachos, and bang-bang shrimp tacos. The bar doesn't take reservations and seats parties only once everyone has arrived, and a Wednesday evening can mean an hour's wait before six o'clock.
