Up on the ninth floor of the Maybourne Beverly Hills, this outpost of Greenwich Village's Dante faces the Hollywood Hills from a white marble terrace. Indoors are navy velvet booths under a painted ceiling, a white grand piano, and live music every afternoon. The cocktail list is split into martinis, negronis, spritzes and zero-proof drinks, and the house signature is a Garibaldi made with orange juice. The coastal Italian menu leans on a wood-fired oven: oysters, crispy king salmon, white pizza with mortadella. The bar is held for walk-ins; the rooftop pool is for hotel guests only.
