A whitewashed cottage with yellow umbrellas out front, on Sunset Boulevard in Silver Lake, holds this Italian gastronomia. Francesco Lucatorto, who trained at Italy's ALMA academy and cooked at Providence and Terroni, runs it with his partner Francesca Pistorio; it began as a pandemic pop-up called Ceci's Oven. The counter does espresso and Ligurian focaccia, plain or split for sandwiches like mortadella with grilled eggplant, burrata and arugula, plus pasta trays, soup and tiramisu from the dessert case. There's no indoor seating, only a couple of sidewalk tables, and it's walk-in only.
