Broken Shaker sits on the rooftop pool deck of the Freehand hotel, inside the 1924 Commercial Exchange Building — a tower once sliced down the middle and pushed back together to widen Olive Street below. The bar serves an eclectic list of handcrafted cocktails and small bites around the pool. Weekdays stay low-key, and weekend nights draw a much bigger crowd.
