French onion soup arrives under a puffed, browned pastry lid, and the mussels come submerged in a saffron cream sauce with spinach, fennel, Pernod and dill. The kitchen also plates a burger dressed with sauce bordelaise, caramelized onions and American cheese on a sesame bun, part of a menu the restaurant pitches as an American diner crossed with an elegant French bistro. Walk-ins are welcome, though OpenTable holds a table if you'd rather book ahead. A rooftop menu runs afternoons but is limited to hotel guests.
