This park takes its name from San Diego's decades running the world's tuna fishing industry, and it sits beside the pier where the Tuna Harbor Dockside Market has run every Saturday since 2014, when local fishermen began selling their catch straight off the boats. A promenade along the water gives a clear view of the bay's boat traffic, past public art installations and shaded seating. Hundreds still show up on market mornings, rain or shine, for fish sold direct from the people who caught it.
