The Polished Pigeon

On the ground floor of the Form 15 Apartments in East Village, The Polished Pigeon opened in February 2026 in the lounge space next to Black & Grey Atelier, an appointment-only tattoo studio that keeps operating alongside it. Kaylee and Crystal Clark, the married couple behind Hillcrest's earlier alcohol-free bar Good News, run it as a zero-proof lounge and coffee bar, with house non-alcoholic cocktails, spirit-free classics and a separate coffee menu. Hours split the day: coffee service runs Tuesday and Wednesday mornings, and the bar itself opens Thursday through Sunday with live music, drag shows and support-group meetups on the calendar.
