Honor Bar

The Del Mar building that housed Bully's North from 1969 until 2017 came down and went back up as Honor Bar, which opened in August 2026 as Hillstone Restaurant Group's first San Diego County location. The kitchen keeps the menu tight, with no sprawling appetizer list or encyclopedic entrées, built around a French dip of thinly sliced roasted prime rib on a toasted French roll, the Honor Burger, and nine sushi preparations starting with a spicy carrot and avocado roll. Cocktails run classic (martinis, Old Fashioneds, Negronis), wine comes mostly by the glass, and the space keeps indoor and outdoor seating with a street-facing patio and parking underneath.
