An unmarked storefront in a Serra Mesa business park off Aero Court holds BoujieMana, the kind of building that gives no hint of what's behind the door. Inside, a wall of textured teak, chandeliers over live-edge wood tables, and glass tile worked into peacock colors set the room, while the kitchen turns out a whole smoked-then-roasted duck with plum sauce, house-smoked deviled eggs, and a San Francisco-style clam crostini. Three percent of every check goes to a rotating local nonprofit, and the dining room also books private events and milestone gatherings.
