Chad Cline and Jason Nichols, who also own The Waterfront, San Diego's oldest tavern dating to 1933, created this Gaslamp pub in 2014 with an industrial look built from brick walls, a concrete bar and a wall of bullet shell casings arranged to spell out SHOTS. The kitchen runs burgers like the lamb-patty Hannibal alongside brunch plates such as pork belly benedict and chilaquiles, and karaoke takes over nightly from 9pm to close. Brunch runs daily until 3pm, with a hangover cure called the Hair of the Wolf on the drink list.
