Hotel La Jolla's pool deck turns into this lounge in the late afternoon, with woven wicker chairs, cushions and firepits set around the water. A coffee bar opens at 6 a.m. serving La Colombe drip coffee and breakfast sandwiches, and cocktails take over on Friday and Saturday afternoons from 1 to 5. Service closes when the weather turns, since most of the seating sits open to the pool deck.
