Inside Common Theory Public House in Convoy, a Chinese apothecary-themed entrance leads to this speakeasy bar, open since 2018 under beverage director Chris Lee. The cocktail list draws on Asian ingredients: a Jade Empress mixes baijiu, green tea shochu and matcha, while the Saigon Dreamer clarifies a Vietnamese coffee milk punch of bourbon, coffee liqueur and pineapple. Popular drinks that would otherwise rotate off the menu get kept permanently on what the bar calls its Eternal Remedies list. It was a 2026 James Beard semifinalist and a Tales of the Cocktail honoree.
