Tower 13

Across the highway from the sand at lifeguard tower 13 in Cardiff-by-the-Sea, this restaurant and sports lounge runs a scratch kitchen behind burgers, tacos, fish and chips and quesadillas, with two dozen beers on tap plus wine and cocktails. More than two dozen TVs cover the walls for game days, and the patio welcomes dogs. Live music plays some nights, and there's a party room for private groups.
